SAME DAY DELIVERY - FAST & FLEXIBLE
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 12pm AEST in selected Melbourne metro areas. Same-day delivery rates will be shown at checkout for eligible items.
- A signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Orders placed after the 12pm cutoff will be scheduled for delivery the next day from 10am onwards (excluding public holidays).
- In rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or an alternative solution.
Please note: Bulky items are not eligible for same-day delivery. If you need delivery for a bulky items, please call us to check eligibility.
SAME DAY DISPATCH - STANDARD DELIVERY
All Orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays or sale periods) will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day.
*Please note that delivery of bulky items may take 1-2 business days to be dispatched.
At Kiddie Country, we offer a 12-week layby with flexible payment plans. You only pay the price of your purchase. Payments can be made in-store, over the phone, or via bank deposit.
Terms & Conditions
• An initial deposit of 25% is required.
• If you choose to cancel your layby, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount will be applied.
