I need help with my online order, who do I contact?

Please call our store within business hours on (03) 9509 4041. You can also email orders@kiddiecountry.com.au quoting your Order # in the subject line. 

Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes. if you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. For further assistance, Contact Us.

How much does delivery cost?

You can find your delivery cost by entering your post code on any product page. Please note that this is a standard third-party courier service. For other delivery options, please Contact Us.

How do I track my order?

#1 Check your inbox for an email from hello@shippit.com or orders@kiddiecountry.com.au
#2 Click the 'Track Delivery' button.
#3 Review the Status & Estimated delivery date.
(Please note your order might be delivered in more than one parcel and sometimes parcels are split in transit.)

Does Kiddie Country do Car Seat Fittings for my car?

We do not do car seat fittings ourselves but can reccommend several third-party fitters that have worked with us in the past. Please Contact Us for more information.

Does Kiddie Country offer Laybys?

Most certaintly - Kiddie Country offer laybys for up to 9 months. Layby is not available online, please come instore or phone our store to arrange a deposit.

Can I buy items at Kiddie Country over the phone?

Yes we do! Please call our store on (03) 9509 4041 to place your order.

Do you offer Gift Lists or Baby Registry?

We offer Gift Lists/Baby Registries in person. Please come instore where we are more than happy to assist you with this.
