The Wonder Max is the only trike in the smarTrike range that begins at six months, and the reason is the seat: it reclines to 140°, which supports a baby who cannot yet sit unaided and lets an older child genuinely sleep rather than slump.
It changes form four times. Parent-steered stroller, then a trike your child holds while you steer, then training mode as they find the pedals, then free riding. One frame covers six months to three years.
