Kiddie Country delivers orders Australia-wide, Monday to Friday. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse via trusted delivery partners including StarTrack Express, CouriersPlease, Aramex, and Australia Post eParcel.

All products displayed on our website are supplied subject to availability. On occasion, goods shown online may not be available at the time of order fulfilment. If this occurs, we will contact you to offer a partial dispatch of available items or provide a refund or store credit for any items that cannot be supplied.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond Kiddie Country's control. Should this occur, our Customer Service Team will contact you with an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA).

If you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods by calling (03) 9989 3130 or emailing info@kiddiecountry.com.au so we can assist you promptly. We may request photos of the item or packaging to assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

If your item has been delivered via courier, please inspect the external packaging before signing for delivery. If there are signs of damage, please do not sign the consignment note and refuse delivery.

In the event that an incorrect item has been supplied, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once the incorrect item is returned, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.


FREE METRO DELIVERY ON ORDERS $199+

Get FREE standard delivery on orders over $199 to eligible metro areas across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Excludes bulky items, furniture, oversized products, remote and regional locations, and selected products. Delivery eligibility and charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


SAME DAY DELIVERY – MELBOURNE METRO

We offer same-day delivery for eligible items in selected Melbourne metropolitan areas for orders placed before 12:00pm AEST.

Same-day delivery rates will be shown at checkout where available.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Orders placed after the 12:00pm cut-off will be scheduled for next business day delivery (excluding public holidays).

  • Bulky items are not eligible for same-day delivery. Please contact us to confirm delivery options for bulky goods.


SAME DAY DISPATCH – STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and promotional sale periods) will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day.

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days dispatch time for bulky furniture items.

CLICK & COLLECT

Our Armadale store is open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Most in-stock items are available for Click & Collect within 12 hours of placing your order. Bulky furniture items may require up to 2 business days for collection.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please present this confirmation email in-store when collecting your order. Visiting the store prior to receiving a collection confirmation may result in your item not being ready.
