Shipping & Returns

Our Website does not have real time product quantities. We will advise within 48hrs if stock is not immediately available or is out of the warehouse arrival time of approx. 7 days.

  • Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, mattresses/pillows/pillow & changing pad covers and undergarments or baby carriers for hygienic reasons.
  • If goods purchased become faulty please return to Kiddie Country immediately with photos and a copy of your receipt. Once we have evaluated we will choose to either submit to supplier for assessment, repair of the item or on the suppliers advice replace. Provided the fault is due to the product and not damage.

Store pick-up option available for all items, please await call from store before coming in to collect items as they may need to be brought into store beforehand.

Kiddie Country can deliver Australia-wide. We use the Starshipit system which automatically chooses the best and cheapest freight cost depending on your location in relation to ours together with the dimensions of the products you buy and will submit to you for acceptance. 

Couriers will not deliver to PO boxes, these can go through the checkout unrecognised but you will be contacted to provide a residential or business address if a PO box is processed as a delivery address.

Please include business name if your items are going to a business address to avoid confusion for courier.

For courier deliveries, a calling card will be left at your delivery address for you to arrange an alternate time for delivery if you are not at home. Once the item has left our store, your purchase is in the hands of our third-party courier which is selected by the site automatically to ensure customer are getting the cheapest, fastest, and/or most suitable option for their chosen delivery location.

Any delivery issues eg. cards left/delivery service must be taken up directly with the company that was selected for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping note with tracking details. ETA for delivery is approx. 1-4 days from dispatch, however factors outside of our control may cause a delay. We apologise in advance if any delays do occur. Larger items being sent to NT, SA and WA can take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Out of stock items can take a further 10 - 21 working days. (Please call stock for urgent orders, all items are available for order/pre-order wether they are in store stock or not).

Some items need to be brought in from the Kiddie Country/supplier warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive at the store.

Specific furniture deliveries can take up to 12 weeks. Suppliers have provided up to a 12 week wait for some lines. You will be notified if there is an extended delay!

For a wide range of Melbourne locations and an small additional charge, a same day dispatch delivery can be arranged, within a 4 hour time slot/option to have goods left safely unattended at door. Please contact store on (03) 9509 4041 if you would like to upgrade to this service upon placing an order. This option is also available for phone and in-store orders.
